By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. All rights are reserved and final decided by Beauty Sensation even when conflicts occur. Any changes will not be notified by person.

2. All products are not medicine. They can not cure or treat any sickness or serious issues occurred to the skin. It is highly recommended to consult a specialist for further analyse if there is any abnormal or irregular skin issues occurred. 

3. Products generally do not cause negative effects. However, Natural & Organic ingredients can also cause allergy to someone who might be personally allergy to specific ingredients. if redness, itching or any abnormal situation occurred, discontinue of use immediately and wash off by water. It is highly recommend to apply a small amount to skin around the cheek or inner part of the lower arm and stay for 30 mins to see the allergy result before using. Beauty Sensation is not responsible for any personal allergy, if it is not due to the approved faulty of the products. However, Beauty Sensation will follow up with customers if there is any enquiry or assistance needed. 

4. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

5. Beauty Sensation shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and Beauty Sensation shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations. If the delay persists for such time as Beauty Sensation considers unreasonable, it may, without liability on its part, terminate the sales.

6. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The trademarks, trade names, website banners, designs, images, videos & logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Beauty Sensation.You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
